The Columbia Public Schools proposed property tax hike has failed in our poll of 170 "voters."
Online since January 15, the poll began with 75% opposed and 25% favorable. But over time, the percentages settled into a 68% opposed; 28% in favor; and about 3% undecided.
That percentage breakdown has not changed for nearly two weeks. The system prevents voting more than once, but does allow a person to change their vote.
